Responsibilities:
- Proactively source residential and commercial properties through field visits, online platforms, cold calling, and referrals.
- Assist clients in buying, Leasing, and renting residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and site visits in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and present property offers to both buyers and sellers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to track property availability, price updates, or changes in ownership status etc.
- Conduct property visits to verify legal documentation, ownership details, and overall readiness for listing.
- Ensure consistent pipeline of high-quality & ready-to-view properties for viewings.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and RERA regulations.
- Any bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation Range: AED3,000 – AED8,000
